Benefit is an advanced School ERP and management system that helps streamline the everyday operations of schools. It is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, enabling automatic enrollment, attendance tracking, flexible class scheduling, accurate grading and student portfolio management. Benefit also offers analytical insights into school operations which promote greater efficiency.

- By opening an account with us, you certify that you are at least 18 years old and that the data you give us is true, full, and up to date at all times. Your account on the Platform could be immediately terminated for providing inaccurate, inadequate, or out-of-date information.
- In case the Service needs to be used by a person who does not fulfill the age requirements mentioned above (as may be revised as per applicable laws from time to time) and is desirous of registering on the Platform i.e., if a user is a minor/child, then the account must be created by the parents or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms of Services, and the user may use the Platform with the consent of, and under the supervision of, their parent or legal guardian. As a result, when the parent or legal guardian registers on the Platform in this situation, they must also agree to these Terms of Services. In the event a person below the age of 18 years utilizes the Service, it is assumed that he/she has obtained the consent of the parents or legal guardian and such use is made enabled by the parents or legal guardian, and that such usage by the minor/child user is under the supervision of their parent or legal guardian. Any consequences resulting from misuse of any type that may happen as a result of someone signing up for the Service are not the Company's responsibility.

- You are in charge of protecting the privacy of your account and/or password, which may include, but is not limited to, limiting who has access to your computer and/or account. Whether your password is for our Service or a third-party service, you consent to taking responsibility for any and all activities or actions carried out under your account and/or password. If you become aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must contact us right away.
- We have the right, at our sole discretion, to deny service, delete or edit content, or cancel orders.
3. System Requirements
- One or more suitable devices, internet access, specific software, and occasionally getting updates or upgrades may all be needed for using the Services. Because using the Services requires hardware, software, and Internet access, the functionality of these elements may have an impact on your ability to access and use the Services. It is advised to use a fast internet connection. Such system requirements, which may occasionally change, are your responsibility, you acknowledge and accept.
4. Users License for Services
- Throughout the time that you use the Platform, the Company will offer the Services and any regular updates to the Services that are made generally available by the Company. The Company reserves the right to periodically stop providing the Services or to change their features without prior notice.
- The Company now offers you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license to access and use the Platform and the Service(s) exclusively in line with these Terms of Services and only for your professional or educational reasons.
- Through the Platform, the Company may make the Services available to the organization's students as well as those of other educational institutions. In this situation, the User agrees to be bound by Class ERP Terms of Service as well as those of the relevant organization and other educational institutions.
- Additionally, the company may enable or provide third-party hardware, such as a GPS device, interactive flat-panel display, audiovisual device, content hard drive, etc., for which the customer is subject to the terms and conditions of the hardware supplier.
- Depending on the modules that a user's institute has subscribed to and/or as set out by the admin user, the company may grant them a variety of access capabilities. As a result, any information a user generates on the Platform will be dependent on their access and usage.
5. Communications
- You accept and acknowledge that you are communicating with the Company through electronic and other telecommunication channels when you use the Services or submit emails or other data, information, or communication to the Platform. By clicking the unsubscribe link or sending an email to sales@classerp.com, you can choose not to receive any or all of these messages from us.
- The Company may contact the User through WhatsApp, SMS, email, and calls to provide information about its products and notifications of various critical updates, depending on how the User accesses the Application, Services, or Website or registers using any source at all. The User hereby expressly consents to being contacted by the Company by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email and holds the Company harmless from any and all obligations, including fines, costs, and expenditures in the event that the User's mobile number is included in the Do Not Call (DNC) database. By enrolling, you consent to letting Our staff, partners, and business partners contact you for educational information and promotions via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other means.
6. Fees and Charges
- The Company reserves the right to charge fees for various services provided on the Platform and to change its policies at any time. At its sole discretion, the Company may introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services available on the Platform. In such an event, the Company reserves the unrestricted and discretionary right to change, rearrange, add, or delete service offerings, selections within those offerings, prices, and any other service may offer, at any time, and accordingly reserves the right to introduce fees for the new services and/or for some or all of the existing services on the Platform, as the case may be. Changes to the fee and related policies will take effect immediately upon implementation.
- Pricing / typographical error: If the Company discovers any typographical errors in pricing or service information, the Company reserves the right to rectify the same or cancel the order(s) and refund any monies collected from the customer within 90 (ninety) business days of such corrective action being taken. It is hereby clarified that in the event of such pricing or typographical error, the Company will not be liable to compensate the User for any loss or liability caused to the User.
7. Payment
- The Company may enable payments through third-party payment service providers ("PSP") partners, and it is the User's responsibility not to intentionally or unintentionally share the credential for authenticating the payment, including the UPI pin or OTP, with any third-party. The Company never solicits credential information for payment authentication, such as a UPI pin or OTP, over the phone or otherwise. The Company shall not be liable for any fraud caused by the User's disclosure of such information.
- While using any of the payment methods available on the Platform, the Company will not be responsible or assume any liability for any loss or damage incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of:
- Any transaction is not authorised;
- exceeding the pre-determined limit mutually agreed upon by you and the third-party bank;
- Any payment issues that arise as a result of the transaction; or
- Transaction declined for any other reason.
- The Company will not be liable for any money collected by a third party by impersonating any of its representatives.
8. Refund/Cancellation
- For payment transactions enabled on the Platform, the Company does not support refunds in any way. If the User enters the incorrect number/VPA ID, the Company is not liable in the transaction.

10. Content
- Our Service enables you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make information, text, graphics, audio, videos, or other material ("Content") available. You are solely responsible for the Content you post on or through the Service, including its legality, dependability, and appropriateness.
- By posting Content on or through the Platform, you represent and warrant that: I the Content is yours (you own it) and/or you have the right to use, distribute it, and grant us the rights and licence set forth in these Terms; and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Platform does not violate any person's or entity's privacy, publicity, copyright, contract rights, or other rights.
- You shall not post, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share on the Platform any Content or information that:
- (a) belongs to someone else and you have no legal claim to it; or
- (b) that is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invading another's privacy, including bodily privacy, hateful, insulting, or harassing on the basis of gender, religiously, racially, or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to, or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any way,
- (c) is clearly offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, religiously offensive content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred, or any form of physical harm against any group or individual; or
- (d) harasses or advocates harassment of another individual; or involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," unsolicited mass mailing, or "spamming"; or
- (e) infringes or violates the rights of any third party, including without limitation unauthorised disclosure of any person's personal information, such as a person's name, email address, physical address, or phone number, or publicity rights; or
- (f) violates any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights, or a third party's trade secrets, publicity, or privacy rights, or is not fraudulent; or
- (g) encourages infringement or illegal or unauthorised duplication of another person's copyrighted work; or
- (h) provides material that sexually, violently, or otherwise inappropriately exploits people, or solicits personal information from anyone; or
- (i) contains video, photographs, or images of another person without his or her express written consent and permission, or without his or her guardian's permission or consent in the case of a minor; or
- (j) refers to any website or URL that, in the Company's sole discretion, contains material that is inappropriate for the Platform, or URL of any other website contains content that is prohibited or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service; or
- (k) tries to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, or other areas of the Platform, or solicits passwords or personal identifying information from other Users for commercial or unlawful purposes; or
- (l) intends to advertise or engage in commercial activities and/or sales without the Company's prior written consent, or intends to mislead, defraud, or cheat anyone. Throughout these Terms of Service, "the Company's prior written consent" refers to a communication from the Company's legal personnel that is specifically in response to Your request and addresses the activity or conduct for which you seek authorization; or
- (m) interferes with the use and access of the Platform by another User; or
- (n) is harmful to children or in any way harms minors; or
- (o) violates any currently in effect law; or
- (p) deceives or misleads the reader/adressee/Users as to the origin of such messages, or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information that is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact, or is grossly offensive or menacing in nature; or impersonates another person; or
- (q) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains virus, malware, or other computer programming routines that may damage, interfere with, devalue, intercept, or expropriate any system, data, or personally identifiable information; or
- (r) endangers India's unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or incites the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents the investigation of any offence, or is insulting to any other nation; or
- The Company is under no obligation to examine or verify any Content posted on the Platform by you, and the Company accepts no responsibility or liability for any such Content on the Platform, nor does the Company accept or shall accept responsibility or liability for any breach of any of your obligations(s) under these Terms of Service. Regardless of the foregoing, the Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, and delete the Content provided by users, and may refuse to accept and/or remove any Content that contains information that is inconsistent with these Terms of Service. Any Content you upload will be subject to applicable laws and these Terms of Service, and may be disabled or investigated under those laws.
- You retain all rights to any Content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform, and you are responsible for safeguarding those rights. We accept no responsibility and assume no liability for any Content posted on or through the Platform by you or any third party. However, by posting Content on or through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (via multiple tiers) right and licence to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, distribute, and re-distribute such Content. You agree that this licence includes the right for us to make your Content available to other Platform and Service users, who may use it subject to these Terms. You are also aware that
- Furthermore, any data, information, material, or other content found on or through the Platform is the Company's property or is licenced to the Company. Without our express prior written permission, you may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said data, information, material, or other content, in whole or in part, for commercial or personal gain.
- You acknowledge that the Company reserves the right to disclose any information (including the identity of the User providing information or materials on the Platform) as required to comply with any law, regulation, or valid governmental request, or in response to any court order or summons. Furthermore, the Company may (and you expressly authorise us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, deem necessary or appropriate in connection with the investigation and/or resolution of potential crimes, particularly those involving personal injury.
11. Copyright Policy
- We respect other people's intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. In appropriate circumstances, the Company may terminate the accounts of users who infringe or are suspected of infringing the rights of copyright holders.
12. Error Reporting and Feedback
- You may provide us with information and feedback about errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to our Service ("Feedback"), either directly at sales@classerp.com or through third-party sites and tools. You acknowledge and agree that: I you will not retain, acquire, or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title, or interest in or to the Feedback; (ii) Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback; (iii) Feedback will not contain confidential or proprietary information from you or any third party; and (iv) Company is under no confidentiality obligation with respect to the Feedback. If you are unable to transfer ownership of the Feedback due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant Company
13. Disclaimer Of Warranty
- The company disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied, with regard to the functionality of the platform and services, as well as the information, content, and materials contained therein. You expressly acknowledge that the Platform, their content, and any services or products you obtain from us are used at your own risk.
- Neither the corporation nor any of its affiliates makes any warranty or representation regarding the completeness, security, dependability, quality, correctness, or availability of the services or their content. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the company nor anyone associated with it represents or warrants that the platform, their content, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the services or the platform that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the platform or any services or items obtained through the platform will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
14. Termination
- We may cancel or suspend your account and deny access to the Platform or any of the Services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service or any other agreement, without prior notice or responsibility.
- If you want to cancel your account, just stop using the Service, subject to the terms of your order agreement, software services agreement, and/or other agreements you may have with the Company and/or organisations and legal entities such as a school, college, coaching, or educational institute.
- All provisions of these Terms of Service that, by definition, should survive termination survive termination, including, but not limited to, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and liability limitations. Regardless of the foregoing, if you violate these Terms of Service Privacy Policy or other rules and policies, the Company reserves the right to recover any amounts owed by you or to take strict legal action, including but not limited to referring you to the appropriate police or other authorities for the purpose of initiating criminal or other proceedings against you.
15. Governing Law
- The User and Class ERP agree that these ToS shall be governed by the laws of India. The User and Class ERP agree that all disputes that may arise from or in connection with theToS shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Raipur, Chhattishgarh – India.
